by on
A global economic data company is projecting home prices in California cities — including Fresno — to fall slightly at the end of this quarter before starting a slow climb over the next two years.
The median home price in Fresno is projected to hit $147,830 at the end of the quarter, according to Moody’s Analytics.
That’s a slight decrease from the end of last year which saw prices at about $148,000.
By the end of this year, the median home price could hit $150,000, the numbers show, and jump to $160,000 by the end of 2014.
