Granville Homes will hold a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. Friday to mark the opening of its newest downtown residential development called 1612 Fulton Avenue.

The 30-unit complex on Fulton Avenue, between San Joaquin and Calaveras streets, has one and two-bedroom apartments and live and work units ranging in size from 645 square feet to 1,297 square feet. The units have Granville Eco-Smart Technology, private balconies and patios and one or two-car attached garages.

This is the homebuilder’s fourth residential project in downtown. The others include Fulton Village, 330 N. Van Ness Cottages and Bungalow Court.
